• Started as a software developer and rose to the ranks of a technical lead working on XTP.
• XTP is a re-engineered product being developed by ION. The old Rolfe & Nolan back office system(s), RANSys & RISC are being reworked using Java and the ION platform. XTP is a complete accounting and management system for use by trades and brokers of futures and options. XTP uses information that is entered via feed (or manually) and produces EOD results based on algorithms applied by exchanges (delivery, closeouts, etc). XTP integrates with other ION products to produce customer/user reports for EOD regulatory reporting as well.
• XTP is comprehensively & vigorously tested using integration and robot framework based tests.

I was tasked with improving the performance of certain pages which were slow to respond to user input. I also worked as part of the team which managed Bulk Uploads from users and admin consoles.
