Property Price Prediction
A total of 1.1M rows of properties data across India, which includes apartments, house and plots, and Amenities data (number of hospitals, highways around the property), was collected by web scraping. R libraries like httr, rvest and jsonlite were used.
Data was cleaned, combined, and visualised, and a machine learning model was built using XgBoost algorithm with the support of ggplot2, caret and xgboost libraries in R Studio.
A User Interface was built using Shiny library in R. A map element, a google search bar and various data tables were added to the application.
