Hi there! I’m Gloria De Leon, a seasoned People Consultant with over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness Consulting. My love for improving workplace culture started when I was young (thank you, Dad!). Watching him return from work genuinely excited that his HR team remembered his birthday showed me the power of thoughtful, human-centered practices. That spark inspired my career—helping individuals, teams, and leaders go from “dragging their feet” to marching confidently toward fulfilling and impactful work. Armed with a Master’s in Organizational Psychology, I dove deep into how people technology shapes fairness, trust, and agility in the workplace. I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with industry trailblazers, including Lazlo Bock, to deliver innovative, tech-enabled solutions that boost employee engagement and transform workforces. I firmly believe that small, intentional actions lead to big results—whether it’s automating processes, streamlining workflows, or just making sure everyone feels seen. Recently, I took a break (post lay-off) from corporate America to refine my purpose (and embrace life as a new mom!). During this time, I tackled projects I’d usually file under “someday.” From exploring how socioeconomic backgrounds influence workplace behaviors to studying how first-generation professionals find themselves in “complacency” roles, I’ve dedicated myself to behavioral research that sheds light on workplace challenges and opportunities. Now, I’m ready to jump back in—with even more energy!
