I care about building tools that reduce friction for real people. I am a Northwestern MS in Data Science student who turns messy recruiting data into clear, decision ready insights at GEICO. I partner with engineering, HR tech, and business stakeholders to map problems, define success metrics, and translate qualitative feedback into dashboards and process improvements.
