Harika Balusa — Associate Consultant

Having graduated with a B.E in CSE from RVCE Bangalore, I am currently working as an Associate at Goldman Sachs. I take on many roles here, starting from gathering user requirements and then developing,testing and delivering the ask all while working closely with them and thereby claiming ownership of my work. Prior to my first internship with GS, I worked on a Data Science and Analytics project during my internship with Faasthelp. Apart from this, I have worked on various projects as part of my college coursework related to Web Development, Big Data, Machine Learning and Database Management Systems while applying the principles of Software Engineering. Outside of my technical work, I’m also a member of several groups at Goldman Sachs and Rotaract club and thoroughly enjoy participating and organising events with them and have experience with leadership and exhibit good communication skills. Having lived in various countries, I’m always open to change,growth and networking.
