Currently working for the Swift payment applications as French support since 2017. Have to monitor various Swift applications and make sure that their smooth running without any issues. If found any issues, have to raise an incident and work with technical teams to resolve the problems. Have to make sure that no payments get stuck in applications, if any, need to check with technical teams and inform the same to Back office (bank). Providing help to users in terms of giving payment status. Giving access to the users after getting approval from their managers.
Working with users in UAT environment before deploying updates in production environment. Writing test cases, doing daily application health check and sending report to the stake holders.
