  • FPM is built on a three-tier architecture that separates concerns between floorplans, UI building blocks, and business logic. It had components viz. Overview Page Floorplan for multi-page applications, Guided Activity Floorplan for step-by-step workflows and Object Instance Floorplan for single-object operations. The UI building blocks were either of the one, Generic UIBBs (GUIBBs): Pre-built, configurable components provided by the framework or Freestyle UIBBs: Custom-developed components.
