• Identify case-specific research methods catering to appropriate research questions.
• Design novel study protocols and perform extensive primary research with any or all stakeholders to derive insights.

• Screen and recruit study participants to conduct remote and in-person studies.
• Gather appropriate secondary research to support primary research area questions and provide ancillary information.
• Creating multi-modal product concepts and design (haptic, voice, gaze and gesture etc.), especially voice design by delivering logic overflows and UX Spec.

• Pursued my Internship at RBEI for a second time during my Masters, yet again worked for the enthusiastic Healthcare department. I was assigned to developing user research frameworks for various applications. The major project included building a UX research framework for a cloud-based health application for Biomedical Asset Management. The experience has been very enriching. Withholding details about the project until clearance from the company.
