After 12th I moved to Mumbai alone, and independence became a strength I grew. Resilience and grit — life’s honest school — adapt anywhere, don’t stall, don’t fold. I explored finance, sustainability, insurance too, learning how industries breathe and move. I volunteered with an NGO, helping children read and write — because giving back has always felt right. Then HR consulting: chaos and craft — onboarding, grievances, leadership paths. Managing ages 18 to 60 taught me this: calm, structure, and people sense beat rigid rules. Alongside, I built systems and signals: HRIS, dashboards, analytics, predictive models. People + data became my space — a rare blend I keep sharpening. Personally: I paint, dance, meditate, swim, solve Rubik’s cubes when life feels dim. Emotional, intuitive, deeply aware — the kind of human HR should always care to be. Then came scale and speed — Truemeds found me there: hypergrowth hiring, pressure everywhere. Warehouses to HQ, pan-India, partnering with leaders to align talent to momentum. That’s where I learned HR isn’t policy alone — it’s business, people, judgment, fully grown.
