Starting Fall 2025, I am starting my new position as Assistant Professor of Information Systems & Analytics at the American University of Sharjah. I attained my PhD in Business Analytics from the Haslam College of Business, University of Tennessee. My dissertation, "From Data to Decisions: Enterprise Demand Forecasting with Machine Learning," develops scalable machine learning (ML) algorithms and demonstrates their deployment using MLOps for enterprise-level forecasting.
