• Gusto is a people platform that helps small businesses manage all payroll, benefits and HR functions. I was a part of the growth team and we are responsible for customer acquisition and retention which results in over 15% annual growth in a number of customers and revenue yearly. We set up hundreds of experiments to measure user behaviour and statistically determine the best version of a feature and the viability of a new feature based on data and user conversion rates. I interacted with large codebases and test suites. I worked on revamping and managing the referral system which was responsible for over 140% growth in referrals after implementation.
