About

Most people aren't bad at data. They were just taught it badly. Too technical. Too abstract. Too much tool, not enough thinking. I spent years watching smart, capable professionals shrink away from spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports; not because they couldn't do it, but because nobody had ever shown them data in a way that made sense for how they actually think. That's the problem I've dedicated my work to solving. --- My background isn't traditional data. I studied Petroleum Engineering. I led with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE). And somewhere in those years of technical work and leadership, I noticed something that changed my career: The people driving the biggest decisions weren't always the most technical people in the room. They were the ones who could read data clearly, explain it simply, and act on it confidently. I wanted to be that person. And then I wanted to teach others how to be that person too. So I built my foundation – Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python to become someone who could translate data for people who never thought it was for them. --- Since then: → 200+ professionals trained in practical, real-world data analytics → 400+ professionals reached through talks on data, communication, and careers → Individuals and organisations across Africa supported as a data consultant and educator --- Today, I work at the intersection of data, education, and human potential. For individuals – I offer coaching and mentorship for non-technical professionals who want to break into data analytics, build portfolio-ready skills, and land roles without a technical degree. For organisations – I run focused, jargon-free data training workshops for teams who need to make better decisions, not just learn more tools. For stages and conferences – I speak on data literacy, career transitions, and what it actually takes to build confidence with data in a non-technical world. --- If you're a professional who's been told data "isn't for people like you" — I built this for you.
