About

Hi! I'm Anne, Founder and CEO of Ignite,a fractional go-to-market strategy and revenue operations firm. Ignite is founded on the belief that the keys to scalable growth should be accessible to more than just large companies. I also advise several startups and scaleups in the GTM tech space. I am the Founder of RevOps Village, a 700+ community for revenue professionals with a focus on RevOps. We host monthly roundtables with featured leaders across the revenue sphere; discussing anything from forecasting rigor to prospecting and outreach strategy to pipeline generation tactics and best in class tooling. I'm also the co-lead for the Women of Pavilion group; a 1300+ member group dedicated to empowering, connecting and developing women in GTM roles. A performance-driven leader, I'm passionate about enabling companies with a strong go-to-market and analytics foundation shaped by my 20+ years as a strategic operator in public and private companies. I’ve been the economic buyer or champion in 500+ SaaS technology deal conversations and as a result bring deep empathy for the buyer journey. I also advise multiple startups around GTM motion, tech stack optimization, product roadmap and positioning to CROs and RevOps buyers. On a person level, my top 3 values that I try to live by and champion in any team are: Fairness, Inclusion and Authenticity. As a leader, I operate from a place of deep care. I believe a leader must seek to understand people at a human level, and create an environment of empowerment, autonomy and inclusion for individuals to do their most meaningful and high impact work. Active in the community, I have served as a committee member and board member for healthcare, education, and gender empowerment non-profits and employee resource groups across the United States and Africa. A natural go-getter and connector, I thrive in linking like-minded individuals and ideas to enable creative, bottoms-up approaches to complex problems. Rev

Executive Advisory Board Member

  • Rev is an AI-engine that builds dynamic ICPs, surfaces exegraphic data (the more nuanced aspects of strong accounts beyond simple firmographic and technographic) and points you directly to the accounts that will become your next best customers.
  • I joined Rev’s executive advisory board because as an executive RevOps leader, one of the top priorities I am constantly asked to tackle is operationalizing our ICP, from which so many GTM workflows follow. Many companies spend their time on the tactics, but what if the overarching strategy is wrong? What if your accounts you are chasing aren't the right ones? The impact on GTM efficiency is compounding.
  • Teams need a better way. Use Rev to get smarter and more efficient on which accounts to tackle and to identify and layer in the more nuanced aspects of your target accounts. This can take the data you are already enriching or augmenting into your CRM to the next level. And you don't need to have a data scientist on your team to do this. Just use Rev. it's easier, faster and the models are proven.
