PopShop was a 0-to-1 Seller Focused Product built by Meesho. It allowed small sellers all the flexibility that they get while selling directly on Social Media, along with a storefront, a payment gateway & lowest cost logistic service all at ZERO Commission. We were a small team of 16 members. Team was absorbed back into Meesho once PopShop hit the PMF.
I worked on seller growth. i.e. helping micro sellers get more orders through social media. These sellers had less than Rs 2000 daily budget and could process roughly 40 orders a day.
I designed a program which included workshops, one-to-one handholding, instructive videos on best practices in digital marketing. To establish this program I directly worked with over 100 sellers to identify practical challenges and to understand what works & what doesn't. We could scale a cohort of roughly 100 sellers from average 10 orders to 50 orders per day.
