I design for complexity - payment experiences, enterprise workflows, and data-heavy interfaces where clarity and trust matter most. Currently at Pine Labs owning the UX of online payment gateway. I'm drawn to problems where user experience directly impacts business outcomes. Most of my work involves balancing user needs with technical constraints, designing for scale, and making complex systems feel simple.
