• Project 1: Reimagined the Special Requests funnel from the ground up, enabling guests to send personalized requests to hoteliers without the need for a call with proper categorisation. Integrated Myra AI into the chat for seamless two-way communication between guests and hoteliers.
• Project 2: I added a Guest Photos section to the hotel detail page to build trust through real guest-shared images. Key additions include a scrollable photo timeline, category filters (Room, Bathroom, etc.), a highlight card showing recent uploads, and metadata styling with guest info and stay details. The design follows a clean, gallery-inspired UI for a native app feel.
• Project 3:
• Redesigned the entire price breakdown experience for international hotels to build user trust and reduce checkout drop-offs. Introduced a sticky multi-currency price card, itemized tax modals with tooltips, and native-language currency conversion—ensuring users know exactly what they’re paying for, no surprises.
