  • I primarily worked on two projects
  • BSCCO superconducting device–We fabricated devices made of BSCCO(Bi-2212) flakes. We then conducted electrical characterisation of the devices in vacuum at low temperature and observed superconductivity at high critical temperature. They will be used to make electro-mechanical devices to probe phase transitions.
  • Tunable supperlattice in Graphene–We fabricated BN-Graphene-BN stacks using mask alignment
  • with 1-D edge contacts for low contact resistance. Further we used finger gates to induce a superlattice in graphene for band structure engineering.

  • Selected for an industrial exposure workshop on analog electronics which involved lectures, labs
  • and hands-on tutorials by experienced TI professionals
  • Analyzed and evaluated the SNR and power consumption of AFE4400 - heart rate monitor
  • Simulated analog signals using MATLAB and observed effects such as aliasing and spectral leakage
