• I managed a team of experienced content developers, PMs, and contractors delivering Windows and SQL Server antitrust compliance documentation. I set content strategy, priority, and investment; owned the entire protocol compliance obligation in the Windows and SQL Server product spaces; collaborated on tooling, customer events, executive communication, and continuous process improvement; partnered with engineering, product, privacy, security, marketing, legal, support, test, and other stakeholders.

• Before becoming the protocols content team lead in August 2020, I was a Senior Content Developer managing all the technical content associated with a portfolio of remote connectivity protocols. This included end-to-end content and project management using a docs-as-code approach, from protocol inception to protocol updates to continuous improvement and correction of defects.

• Before moving to protocols in 2015, I was part of the Windows Embedded Business at Microsoft. By the time this product line was coming to a close, I was the lead writer on Windows Embedded, responsible for all developer documentation on all supported versions of Windows Embedded and legacy Windows CE operating systems (including Standard, Compact, Handheld, Point of Sale, and Windows Phone). This team employed a docs-as-code approach, utilizing standard source control, markup, and devops tools.
