Co-led the development of a new agri-tech venture from a concept to a launch-ready state. The mission was to build a fair-market supply chains & processing plant for a specific agricultural commodity in partnership.
I owned the entire strategic and financial workstream end-to-end. This included conducting deep market research, devising the market entry and GTM strategy , architecting the foundational 3-year growth strategy, and building the complete business plan and financial models. On boarded microbiologists, chemical engineers and plant operators.
Authored the investor pitch deck and successfully presented the business case, which was instrumental in securing initial commitment from HNI investors to capitalize the venture.
