Hi, I’m Jaya Manocha. I didn’t plan to become a Product Manager. I just followed curiosity, asked too many questions, stayed after meetings, and rewrote specs no one asked me to. Somewhere along the way, I found myself on this incredible journey where innovation, business, and human emotion meet. 𝐀𝐭 𝐄𝐝𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐚, I built for learners students chasing dreams, one product at a time. 𝐀𝐭 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐲, I am building for healers crafting tools that help healthcare professionals show up better, faster, and more human. Two different worlds. One simple belief: 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 . I’ve never been the loudest in the room , But I try to ask the questions that make the room pause. Over time, I’ve learned: – Features don’t matter if feelings are ignored. – Roadmaps are guesses; trust is real. – The best PMs don’t control the room. They calm it. Also, 𝐈 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐝𝐈𝐧 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 , 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐩𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫. I write to reflect honesty, share openly, and learn from the seasoned professionals out there who’ve walked the road I’m just beginning. I don’t know everything. But I do know how to listen.
