Built and operated an integrated security and business automation practice serving SMBs across India and North America. Endpoint security, network infrastructure, disaster recovery, and business continuity for 100+ clients managing up to 50 endpoints each.
Deployed and managed Windows Server environments, backup architectures, and multi-site networking. Automated monitoring, alerting, and incident response workflows.
