• As a part of GrabPay
• Integrated multiple payment methods for various countries saving multi million dollars in cost of funds.
• In an effort to integrate those payment methods, led the design discussions with backend team, 3rd party payment teams and product teams to finalise the design and flow on both android and iOS.
• Ensured all my features are bug free in regression and production.
• Ensured that all features had 70% unit test coverage, all are UI Test and Snapshot Test Covered.
• Unhosted unit test targets thereby reducing the time for running unit tests for MR on Gitlab CI by 23%(7 mins).
• Planned and modularized the payments iOS codebase in multiple iterations by finding out the bottlenecks after each iteration with DataDog graphs showing module dependencies thereby decreasing the time for building payments iOS Codebase from 600 seconds to 134 seconds i.e. 75% straight reduction.
• Designed and implemented components for integrating payment methods which saved a lot of developer time in integrations thereafter.
• Created compiled assets to reduce build time in CI pipeline and created aggregate framework to trigger the same for any change. Also added linters to check MR's against any issues for the same in the pipeline.
• Fixed multiple security issues in the Grab App.
• Optimised core api's at different app events thereby saving redundant api calls which were a burden on customer's network.
• Mentored and managed two interns by guiding them through iOS Platform and helping them deliver multiple features and engineering tasks during their 6 month tenure.

• UrbanClap Partner App
• Revamped the way notifications and deep-links are handled in the Partner App.
• Designed and implemented the frontend(iOS) and backend part of lead listing(server driven UI) and detail page(the leads that the provider gets from the customer) on the provider App. Initially built the backend application to support the android app. Later implemented in iOS.
• Designed and implemented the backend for supporting AC Servicing QnA from the providers in the Partner App. Worked on the High and Low level designs of the different micro-services supporting the QnA. Coded out the feature in the main application in NodeJS which was an aggregator of multiple services(designed above) and was responsible for providing the QnA to the App based on various actions by the Partner.
• Built an auto-update feature on the backend which would send out a soft/hard update based on multiple configurations stored in DB.
• All features on iOS were unit test covered.
• Designed and implemented dependency injection in partner and customer app and replaced the legacy library Typhoon from the app thereby decreasing the app startup time and making it launch fast.
• UrbanClap Customer App
• Implemented the Add/Edit address feature wherein the customer can hover over the map and point to his/her address and fill up other details.
• Implemented a video player and caching on the customer app to show various videos related to services.
• Implemented various other features on the customer app.

• Single-handedly implemented the following things on the Roposo App from scratch:
• Implemented the current profile page of the Roposo App.
• Implemented the Roposo coins giveaway feature and all the animation logic related to it.
• Implemented the Gifts feature on the Roposo app and added lottie animation to it.
• Implemented Onboarding on the Roposo App.
• Integrated Google and Facebook Ads and all the logic related to their production and consumption and giving away Roposo coins to the users based on the number of ads seen by them.
• Implemented the current and the previous TV channels design on the Roposo App.
• Implemented the Tips/Modal shown to users for guiding them on the app.
• Implemented multiple other features on the App.

• Built the Feed Scrape System in NodeJS where PRODUCTS from different vendors like Flipkart, Amazon, etc would be scraped from their product feeds. All the data was pushed to Kafka Queue, from where it was then consumed by our Java Service(Amazing Spiderman) to be shown to our site.
• Designed a centralized logger in NodeJS.
• Scaled the scrapping processes running at my organisation in NodeJS using Docker Containerization and automated the deployment process through Marathon framework on Mesos Cluster of servers.
• Designed an Automated application in Java(Play Framework) for creating sitemaps for our product.
• Designed a centralised watcher to watch for the different applications running on different servers @ my organization for monitoring their health(in terms of CPU and Memory usage) and perform the needed actions(kil, restart, deploy on another server). Used apache zookeeper for writing the application states and Java JMX for launching applications as a child process on different servers.
