About

I'm a technology executive, keynote speaker, and AI strategist with over 25 years of experience transforming ideas into impact for some of the world’s best-known brands. As Chief Technology Officer at CreateFuture, a digital consultancy formed from the 2024 union of xDesign and CreateFuture, I led our AI Enablement practice, helping clients move from generative AI hype to secure, production-grade delivery. I’ve authored market-shaping white papers, led multi-million-pound AI and digital transformation programmes, and pioneered AI literacy, upskilling, and ethics initiatives that have reached hundreds of engineers and stakeholders. My expertise spans executive leadership, secure-by-design product development, and strategic AI adoption. I’ve helped scale tech organisations, founded cybersecurity committees, and delivered breakthrough digital experiences in financial services, healthcare, and the public sector. As a sought-after international speaker, I bring a frank, story-driven perspective to where AI, security, and culture collide. I’ve headlined conferences in Berlin, Amsterdam, London, Munich and more, and my insights appear regularly in Wired, Forbes, Raconteur and The Grocer. I also co-host the award-winning “Compromising Positions” podcast, where I interview the world’s most unconventional thinkers about the psychology and ethics of security. I'm currently completing a second Master’s in Artificial Intelligence to complement my MSc in Cybersecurity, and I still get excited by solving real problems with smart, human-first tech. Whether mentoring future tech leaders, helping boards understand the risks and opportunities of GenAI, or designing AI strategies that are safe, scalable, and responsible, my mission remains constant: Build technology that elevates people, not the other way around.
