I believe that the world’s truly great organizations don’t just build a business, they create a cause for a change to connect back to their customers. At the heart of this transformation is a very basic need for enterprises to define solutions that drive unified brand experiences across complex products. Discovering and solving this very basic longing of human needs leads the brand connect with their customers and drive a change through design by defining a solution that connects emotionally, empathises with the people, and at the same time generates ROI for enterprises by simplifying complex business problems. Currently I am focused on designing complex enterprise software for the developer community across the globe (and building a product team while doing so). I am experienced in the domains of design strategy, information architecture, research methods, design tools, end to end product design with extensive experience in UX, business of design and it's commercial challenges. I have designed experiences across form factors ranging from D2C mobile apps to B2B software to incredibly complex enterprise solutions for almost a decade.
