• As Head of Product Design, I built our initial Product Design team while remaining hands-on in the design process, building our platform and leading the creation of a Design system.

• Joining as the sole product designer, I helped build the foundations for the Prisma Data Platform, the company's fist commercial offering. My journey involved not only product design but a quick transition into a leadership role, overseeing the entire design practice.
• I also managed external agencies to fulfill our marketing requirements. With the need for expanding our design capabilities, I played an active role in the hiring process.

• I worked as lead designer on a multidisciplinary Product team, focused on Authorization, within the Auth0 platform, overseeing and executing design initiatives.
• Additionally worked with our Marketing team, executing growth-oriented A/B testing and usability testing methodologies, contributing to data-driven decisions and continuous improvement of our onboarding.

• I was a Mentor at an intensive UX/UI course from Acamica (https://www.acamica.com/diseno-ux-ui) over the course of 6 months. The program consisted of 12 stages where the students developed an entire project of designing a web and mobile application and creating a case study. Throughout the journey they learnt and applied the different UX methodologies.
