  • 4. Upgradation project for Ring and cover welding for axle dome. Replaced manual welding and Old
  • SPM welding process with full Robotic welding solutions, increasing the output from 70nos to 110nos.
  • 5. Supervised Production lines for axle manufacturing unit.
  • 6. Supported implementing 5S across department, getting recognized as a 5S certified department.
  • 7. Used ECRS methodology to analyze machine time optimizing data and presented for higher
  • management to take decision, and displayed bottle neck operation in line. (Using Videos for base study)
