• I ran my own holistic wellness coaching business offering primarily virtual 1:1 sessions. I was particularly interested in working with people like me who are neurodivergent or who have a chronic condition, but I was open to working with anyone who wants support beyond what they've been able to find in standard Western medicine. Through this exploration, I discovered that I thrive in environments characterized by minimal small talk, clear expectations, standardized procedures, and a focus on working with numbers. These roles, while valuable, helped me realize that my strengths and preferences are best suited to a setting where efficiency, precision, and systematic processes are paramount.

• I was part of a leadership team in the outbound area of an Amazon Robotics building. My daily tasks included ensuring customer satisfaction, safety walks, conducting and participating in 1:1 meetings, performance review, and leadership development.
• Notable accomplishments:
• 1) Personally trained 6 Assistant Managers, 8 Learning Ambassadors, 8 Amnesty team members, and facilitated over a dozen inter-department cross-trainings involving 30+ team members within a warehouse environment
• 2) Increased team productivity from 198 units processed per hour to 256 and decreased team quality error rate from 3026 DPMO to 1980 DPMO for a team of over 150 direct reports
• 3) At the time of departure from this role, had the third-highest team approval rating of all the managers in the 855,000+ square-foot facility

• I was employed by the United States Navy as a Seaman and working to complete schooling in my field. My training involved the operation and maintenance of communication and logistics systems such as radar and sonar, as well as ship maintenance tasks such as watchstanding.
• Notable accomplishments:
• 1) Main facilitator of education-readiness activities for a boot camp division of 80+ individuals, resulting in everyone in the division passing examinations upon first attempt
• 2) Extensive volunteerism of liberty time, including: bi-weekly volunteer at the on-base USO, frequent Honor Flight contributor to honor veterans at Midway Airport, and volunteer docent at the National Museum of the American Sailor

• I worked with children K-8 to encourage and facilitate interest in topics and careers in STEM fields. I assisted with science-oriented outreach activities and workshops sponsored by the university. Finally, I sought out academic publications regarding how to facilitate interest in STEM fields and also participated in professional development activities.

I am responsible for teaching study skills such as time management, and teaching students how to discern key concepts from class material. The aim is to provide students with the skills they need to understand the material and for them to learn how to work through difficult concepts on their own.
