About

I’ve spent the last seven years building an unusual career — one that started in code and gradually moved toward the people behind the code. Today, I help global enterprises rethink how they manage, pay, and develop their workforce. It started at BITS Pilani, where I studied Computer Science and developed a love for systems thinking — how complex things fit together. A KVPY scholarship and a top 0.05% JEE rank got me there, but it was the exposure to finance (through a Stock Fair Value Estimator project analyzing 1,230 data points and 30 financial ratios) and social impact (organising para-sports tournaments, running blood donation camps) that shaped my thinking beyond just tech.At Credit Suisse, I spent six months in credit risk, running 1,000+ Monte Carlo simulations and preparing 500+ RCA reports on OTC derivatives. It taught me rigour, how to model uncertainty, and how financial systems underpin every organisation. At Flipkart, I built products that directly impacted business — driving INR 30Mn in revenue through chatbot optimisation, scaling deployment from 2 to 20+ verticals, and automating 62 million WhatsApp messages. But what fascinated me wasn’t the code; it was watching how technology changed the way teams worked and customers behaved. That realisation led me to XLRI Jamshedpur for an MBA in Human Resource Management, where I made the Dean’s Merit List and discovered my calling: using technology and data to solve people problems at scale. Now at Accenture Strategy (Talent & Organisation), all of it comes together. I’ve designed RAG-powered AI architectures for Philip Morris International’s global HR knowledge base (180+ markets), led payroll transformation and compensation restructuring for NOV Inc. (60+ countries, projecting 25–30% cost savings), and built SAP S/4HANA training programmes using Kirkpatrick’s evaluation model. I also hold FRM Level I (top quartile globally). What I bring: HR Strategy · Organizational Design · Change Management · Compensation & Benefits · Payroll Transformation · Workforce Planning · Talent Management · HR Technology (SAP SuccessFactors) · AI in HR · People Analytics · Stakeholder Management · Data Analytics · Employee Engagement · DEI · Learning & DevelopmentBased in Bengaluru. Open to HR, Strategy, and Consulting roles. Always happy to connect.
