I believe growth is not accidental. It is a choice. My professional journey has moved across industries and continents - from working in the US, to healthcare at Cloud9 Hospitals, to the training, coaching, and leadership space. Each phase sharpened a different skill: structure and scale, reading people under pressure, and understanding what truly drives human behaviour. Over the years, I have learned to connect ideas, people, and intent.
