My goal is to modernise our Martech ecosystem, invest in our people's skills to drive adoption, and build a Marketo Centre of Excellence to create automated journeys that guide customers from the top to the bottom of the marketing funnel. I’ve had the privilege of working both client and agency side, in B2C and B2B, leading transformation initiatives in all roles. One notable achievement was transforming the customer experience for mobile phone insurance by replacing paper-based T&C booklets with a secure digital self-serve portal. This project, driven by a vision to improve customer experience, was complex but led to a £1.2m cost-saving in the first year. My colleagues often call me tenacious—I’m like a dog with a bone when there’s a significant prize at the end, and I’m determined to overcome obstacles to get there. In my view, the hardest work is always the most rewarding. Outside of work, I’m passionate about self-care and well-being. I started practicing Vedic meditation ten years ago, and during COVID, I discovered yoga. Since then, I’ve completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, 80% through my 300-hour training, and I’ve completed a 100-hour meditation and breathwork teacher training. I love every aspect of these practices—the spiritual, philosophical, and anatomical—and how they unite mind, body, and breath.
