• At Amazon Pay, I played a key role in scaling the Rewards platform to support diverse use cases including Instant Discounts, Cashback, and Coupons. • In this role, I architected and delivered the Inaccurate Data Framework, a foundational system that empowers Amazon to identify, prioritize, and resolve customer-reported data quality issues at scale. This end-to-end platform collects feedback through various channels, leverages machine learning for noise cancellation, and uses business-critical parameters to prioritize issues that most impact customer satisfaction.
