I'm a UX Researcher specialising in marketplace and B2B ecosystems, with 3+ years building and scaling research at Spinny; India's leading full-stack used car marketplace (Series G, $777M raised, $1.8B valuation, 5,700+ employees) I joined as the first researcher when there was no process, no repository, and no research culture. Now, it is at the organisational maturity Level 3, with a functioning ResOps foundation, an impact measurement framework, a team, and a track record of research directly changing product strategy, not just informing it. What I actually do well: foundational discovery research that reframes assumptions, mixed-methods studies that connect qualitative insight to quantitative validation, and translating findings into language that makes PMs and designers act.
