Designed and developed the Central Pharmacy Desk Service, enabling pharmacists to verify Prescription and Pharma Order details and consume verification and digitization results with concurrency handling. Fulfilment :
Launched a new B2B2C Marketplace Fulfilment flow by designing and developing a shipment service that supports the Buyer Panel, serving as the interaction layer between FKH B2C sellers and external B2B distributors for consignment lifecycle management. This sales channel generates 1.5 crore per month, accounting for 2% of GMV for FKH.
Designed and developed the Prescription Verification service to power pharmacist verification screens, reducing verification TAT to less than 2 minutes. This complimentary verification service attracts marketplace sellers, facilitating seamless onboarding to FKH and generating 32 lakh per day, accounting for 25% of GMV.
Designed and developed the FKH Digital Fulfilment Family Doctor feature, encompassing workflow design and implementation for consultation fulfilment. This industry-first feature enhances FKH’s domain by providing customers with comprehensive healthcare solutions on a single platform.
Medicine Auto Reorder :
Led the solutioning and development of Subscription feature across domain teams and product. Utilised Cadence Workflow library for subscription life cycle management. Ensured configurability to accommodate evolving product demands. This feature facilitated easy re-order and boost retention of FKH customers, and gained 500+ subscriptions on it’s launch without marketing efforts.
