• 1. Built Vendor Payments app and Tax Payments app for businesses from scratch. Was an active participant in the product strategy meetings and prioritising design backlog items for a better user experience. Also led collaborative workshops for solution-ing complex problem statements, conducted user research and shared insights with the larger team.
• 2. Was part of the zero-to-one phase for the RazorpayX neo-banking platform.
• 3. Built the social media presence for Razorpay Design Team across Instagram, Twitter, Medium, and Youtube from scratch. Eventually led a team of designers to take up the branding initiative as a part of their sprint planning. Currently, there are over 2500+ followers on Instagram and 3000+ followers on Twitter.
• 4. Key member of the design hiring committee. Helped scale the team from 8 to 70+ designers, whilst keeping inclusiveness at the heart of the hiring practices.

• Major projects I’ve worked on:
• 1. Building an actionable dashboard, revamping the interface, optimising the user flows for visibility and scalability in fulfilment centres (warehouses).
• 2. Building Interface to introduce expiry based order allocation and moving from serial based inventory to a quantity based inventory.
• 3. Introducing gamification to increase productivity of Field Executive's performance in Last Mile Deliveries (mobile application).
• 4. Dashboards in mid-mile for tracking delaying trucks and taking actions based on information.
• 5. Staff planning dashboards for Last Mile Operations, HR Recruiters and the Finance teams.
• Simultaneously, I've also worked in the design team to promote documentation of our processes with the help of a blog as well as moving towards a symbol based design system on the sketch library.

• I was a part of student exchange TED Mint workshop sponsored by the hosting college where teams of engineers and designers from across the world came together to collaborate on a quick project and build a prototype. My team had 6 mechanical engineers and I was the design lead. We were to build a museum exhibit for Carason Science Park to teach 6-9 year olds about the concept of 3D printing.

• As an Associate Architect my role was to help conceptual plans be executed on site with the help of presentation drawings,working drawings with details, schematic drawings, product and material selection, market research, supervision of 3D perspectives for client presentation & approval.Other responsibilities included interaction with site engineer. Projects ranged from interiors of corporate offices of reputed brands like Star Media & Tata Communications. Also supervised and executed furniture design as per project requirement.
