I’m Kunwar Singh, the CEO and Co-founder of Journey AI. I am an ex-DTC Brand founder, ex-Amazon Adversting, and 9+ years at the forefront of software engineering, serving as a founding / full-stack engineer in multiple startups such as SafeRide Health / Violet / Aya Payments / Dig Insights. Journey AI is built based on my firsthand experience running a Health & Wellness DTC brand, where I struggled with fragmented tools for driving conversions, managing pre-sales queries, and optimizing the customer journey. My journey began during my Masters in Software Engineering, where I explored AI’s potential through projects with IBM Watson and Microsoft LUIS APIs, even creating prototypes for voice assistants, VR shopping malls, and digital storefronts. These early explorations ignited my belief in the transformative power of innovation in eCommerce. Running my own successful health supplements brand, I invested countless hours and ran campaigns worth $300K in Facebook ads by myself, perfecting everything from landing pages to checkouts. Although the business thrived through a pivot into R&D and manufacturing, I recognized a significant gap in the market for a solution that could truly address the unique challenges eCommerce brands face. With a passion for solving these pain points, I passed the manufacturing business to my family, and then in Jan 2023 I committed myself fully to building Journey AI—a solution designed to empower DTC founders like myself to scale more effectively. After 20 months of research, customer discovery, and building a superstar team, we brought Journey AI to life.
