• COMMUNICATOR - Effective communication and interpersonal skills with strong presence of mind to handle the clients, candidates as well as the team.
• INITIATOR - Self-starter and self-motivated with strong problem solving abilities. Willing to shoulder responsibilities with a 'NEVER-SAY-NEVER' attitude.
