• Business and Sales Development: Built two independent sales channels (2-tier distribution through DataComm and Physical Security distributors, supported by BlueWave-managed regional sales rep agencies); established OEM relationships; acquired premier national accounts (e.g. Macy's, Bloomingdales, Ameripath, Ping, Otterbox, Hendrick's Motorsports, and many others). All accomplished without a single full-time sales associate on staff.
• Operations: Managed an international supply chain, customer support desk, and product manufacturing
• Customer Management: From the time I founded the company until the day I sold it, we secured hundreds of loyal customers, many of which were repeat customers, and none of which, to my knowledge, replaced our product with a competing product.

• DEVELOPED ENTERPRISE-CLASS SECURITY (Single-Sign-On and Identity Management) SOLUTION FOR MOBILE DEVICES.
• Trio developed a distributed single-sign-on solution using PDAs and smart phones as the security token. The user's credentials for all online accounts were encrypted and stored in the phone. The smart phone was then protected using 3-factor authentication: 1) What you know: a password, 2) What you have: a digital key, unknown to the user, and embedded in the device, and 3) What you are: a handwritten word or symbol on the screen of the phone. Trio used the "velocity profile" of the handwritten word as the biometrics component.
• Once the user successfully authenticated to the phone, they would select the account (e.g., a website, computer, or network resource), and the smart phone then directly communicated with the PC, launched the appropriate website or resource, and authenticated the user to the website.

• MANAGED DEVELOPMENT OF THE MOST SOPHISTICATED MISSILE DEFENSE WAR GAME SIMULATOR IN THE WORLD.
• Remember the movie WarGames from the 1980s? I built the real thing. Managed a team of 160 developers and support staff with an $80M budget ($25M annually). Developed 2M lines of software code and served as a published case study for the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI). The simulator is used today for the development and deployment of the nation’s missile defense shield.
