Hi, I’m Mantavya Singh Rathore — Co-founder at AlgoKart, building India’s algo-trading marketplace for retail traders. I bring 11+ years of experience building and scaling digital products across Fintech, Automotive, Telecom, and D2C, with hands-on ownership across product, growth, operations, and P&L. Prior to AlgoKart, I led high-impact product initiatives at Policybazaar, CARS24, Airtel Digital, and Mamaearth, driving $40M+ in revenue impact, 4×–10× efficiency gains, and scalable systems that are still in use today. What pulled me into entrepreneurship was a recurring pattern: powerful tools exist, but they’re rarely built for real users. At AlgoKart, we’re solving that by making algorithmic trading accessible, practical, and built for Indian retail traders — combining strong systems, human trust, and thoughtful product design. My leadership style is empathetic, data-driven, and execution-first. I enjoy mentoring PMs, building reusable platforms, and turning complex, regulated problems into simple, scalable experiences.
