My background sits across product and operations, where the gap between how a system is supposed to work and how it actually behaves becomes very obvious, very quickly. I enjoy digging into those gaps, understanding why they exist, and building ways to close them in a repeatable way. Lately, that focus has been on voice and conversational AI. These systems tend to look fine in demos and benchmarks, but break in subtle ways in production. Fixing that usually requires less optimism and more discipline around testing, evaluation, and feedback loops. I’m currently working on VoxMith, focused on making voice AI systems work the way teams expect them to once they’re exposed to real users. Not smarter on paper, just more reliable in practice.
