What am I? I am a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional. What sets me apart is I have over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition working in large cooperate multinationals to small universities, I’ve managed on and offshore teams, trained recruiters, conducted internal investigations, wrote employee manuals, social media policy and advised managers on HR Law, and EEOC, OFCCP policy and compliance, Registered companies as entities, and set up corporate UI. I’ve managed Visa transfers, on and offshore relocation, benefits and EEOC reporting and compliance. I have consulted with multinationals, JLL, Morgan Stanley, Early Warning/Zelle, Discover Financial Services, PwC, Caterpillar. Membership organizations, American Dental Association, Rotary International, and Higher Ed, Herzing University. I have also worked in Media/Advertising/TV, Healthcare, and Hospitality. My diverse experience has one thing in common, a passion for applicants and the business units I support.
