I tend to follow interesting challenges wherever they lead – if there's a hard problem and good people, I'll find a way to get involved. As CEO of WasteLocker, I lead the deployment of predictive digital twins for critical infrastructure. We unify multimodal data with first-principles physical modeling so industrial operators can move from reactive monitoring to proactive control. In parallel, I'm a PhD researcher at Tallinn University of Technology, focused on data-driven urban resource efficiency – essentially pushing the physical world closer to its scientific limits. I am a firm believer in the power of impact-driven leadership. Beyond my professional work, I serve as a European Climate Pact Ambassador and frequently contribute as a panelist and speaker on the global stage, including at TEDx.
