• My team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers & designers develops and supports core methods and infrastructure for test analysis and decision making at Netflix. We own both the front-end reporting platform that surfaces high-level summaries of all A/B tests at Netflix, as well as the flexible developer experience through which data scientists define metrics, measurement models, and visualizations in support of their tests. It’s a multidisciplinary team that combines product management, methodological research, scalable statistical computation, and engineering in support of a common mission: develop great experimentation products so our colleagues can rapidly innovate on the Netflix experience .
