• Led the design of new features for Canvas (project management tool) which include Document Approval, Bulk uploader and Meetings for both Web/mobile.
• Meetings projected for 1.5x increase in conversions translating to monthly ~30 cr revenue growth.
• Document Approval & Sharing reduced 25 lacs/month in design error handling.
• Ideated and designed an admin dashboard to configure Livspace home services App on web and mobile. Validated our hypothesis with an A/B test which showed increase in conversion from 6% to 15%.
• User Research & Strategy
• Conducted a qualitative research across cities in India to understand the situational framework of 10 independent interior design studios who partner with Livspace.
• Collaborated to conduct usability survey and UATs with 200 designers across 4 countries using our project management tool. This guided us to create a product roadmap strategy to optimise adoption and improve the designer experience.

• Worked on designing live class tools and experience for teachers and kids. Led the design and execution of three verticals - Guitar, Dance and Vocals. Within the first quarter of launch Guitar, Dance and Piano courses generated over $100,000 in revenue.
• Undertook Prototype and A/B testing with instructors to gather quick feedback and insights on the usability of the design. We observed close to 40% improvement in customer satisfaction ratings after this exercise.
• Coordinated with the marketing team to design the landing and pricing pages for dance and guitar course. Overseeing the site traffic grow from 0 to 80k visits per month.

• As the first UX hire at the startup I designed from scratch the whole learning platform for students pursuing professional business and accounting exams in India. The startup raised pre seed funding of $650k during this period.
• Highlights
• Ideated, designed and shipped various learning modules which include live classes, quizzes, course dashboards, offline learning and pricing plans. We saw an 3x increase in DAU from 5k to 15k with over 1 lac+ downloads on google play store.
• Led the design and execution for faculty and B2B platforms overseeing several release cycles.
• Designed the landing pages for homepage, courses and pricing in collaboration with marketing team resulted in over 100k monthly site visits throughout the year of 2020.
• Created a complete branding of the product with a scalable design system - defining the typography, colors, illustration & thumbnail style, icons and more.
