I currently serve as the CEO & Managing Director of Siemens Digital Industries Software in India, leading one of the company’s fastest growing global markets. Over the past four years under my leadership, the business has scaled 2.5x , powered by a clear focus on strategy, culture and execution discipline. Before stepping into the CEO role, I spent four years as the Country Sales Leader, where I successfully led the company’s transition from perpetual licensing to a cloud-driven business model , a transformation that continues to fuel our growth today.
