About

I’m someone who sits comfortably at the intersection of creativity and structure. Part of my brain loves building systems—designing recruiting strategies, refining processes, and figuring out how to make things work better, faster, and more thoughtfully. The other part loves creating—whether that’s painting, designing, baking something from scratch, or turning an idea into something tangible. Throughout my career, I’ve gravitated toward roles where I can do more than the baseline. I enjoy developing the strategy behind how teams hire: building pipelines, creating scalable recruiting processes, partnering with leaders, and helping organizations think more intentionally about talent. What energizes me most is solving problems that don’t have obvious answers. I like stepping into ambiguity, mapping the landscape, getting curious and building the structure that helps others move forward. Outside of work, that same curiosity shows up in different ways: creative projects, travel, hands-on builds, and exploring new ideas simply for the joy of learning. At the core, I’m someone who loves connecting people, ideas, and systems, and turning potential into something real.
