About

I help product teams stop fighting their tools and start shipping better products. Over the past four years in Product Operations, I've consolidated toolsets (saving $75K+ in the process), implemented platforms like Aha!, Pendo, and Lucid, and built processes that product organizations actually want to use. I didn't start in Product Ops. I came up through Software QA, UAT, and Business Analysis—which means I understand both the technical details and the people side of making product teams effective. That journey taught me how to spot inefficiencies, ask better questions, and design solutions that scale. I've done this work in industries spanning finance, computer manufacturing, oil & gas, and non-profit software. What I've learned is that the fundamentals are universal—you need the right tools, clear processes, and a relentless focus on removing friction for your teams. I'm currently open to new Product opportunities and would love to connect with product leaders running high-performing organizations. Whether you need someone to optimize your product tech stack, design scalable workflows, or just want to talk shop about Product Ops, reach out.
