Most AI sold to webshops today is about cutting cost: chatbots, support automation, content factories. We do the opposite. We help shops grow by capturing what their best people know about products, customers and fit, and scaling that across every product page and every search.
This isn't new. The largest e-commerce players have driven substantial revenue from this for over a decade. The math always worked. The teams to build it didn't scale down. GenAI changed that.
There's also a hedge layered in. As customers shift to shopping through ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, the webshops that win will be the ones that own their data, expertise and customer relationship. Not the ones who hand over a feed and disappear.
Talking to serious webshops in NL/EU, engineers who want to ship product instead of slides, and operators thinking about what e-commerce looks like in the agent era.
