Currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Indus Insights. Have an overall experience of 3 years where I've have had TA experience for close to 1.5 years now which includes hiring for both Non Technical Functions (Sales, Strategic Business Alliances, Compliance, Marketing, HR etc) and Technical Functions (Data Analytics). Additionally, have had 1.7 years of experience in HR Operations wherein I have worked as a HR Business Partner and got exposure to various disciplines and processes of HR like Payroll, Onboarding, HRIS Management, Full and Final Settlement, Induction, Confirmation Process and PMS. Outside work you can find me doodling on bottles and making mandalas! I also enjoy travelling.
