About

I’m a Service Designer at the American Red Cross, where I improve how people access and navigate disaster recovery services. Across C2C e‑commerce, healthcare, education, and now disaster relief, I’ve spent over nine years using human‑centered research and service design to drive behavior change. At the Red Cross, I work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to understand complex problem spaces, surface unmet needs, and guide the evolution of digital and service‑based tools that support clients after a disaster. My work focuses on translating insight into strategy, making experiences clearer, more compassionate, and more effective. I’m skilled in mixed‑methods research (ethnography, interviews, surveys, product analytics) and in synthesizing findings into actionable service blueprints and product direction. I also build research operations at scale, enabling teams to learn faster, reduce risk, and make confident, evidence‑based decisions. I’m active in Richmond’s design and product community. You can often find me at Ladies that UX Richmond, RVA Design Group, Startup Virginia, or VCU’s da Vinci Center.
