• Project:
• Building a Cloud based Snowflake Data lake & EDW by creating optimized data pipelines to support operational & analytical use cases enabling advanced analytics, data science.
• Technical Responsibilities:
• Leading the end to end delivery of all the Project threads & designing the overall technical framework implementation for data pipelines. This also includes multiple working sessions with customers in knowing the data source and creating some custom codes (if required).
• The engagements involve solving business use cases on Cloud Transformation, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence.
• Optimizing the operating cost with automated and optimal data pipelines.
• Designing the custom framework for Change Data capture
• Implementing tuned SnowSQL queries to move data in the data lake as a consumption layer.
• Review, Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion to achieve the defined milestones
• Working with the Local IT team in designing and setting up the infrastructure for the project.
• Responsible for overall delivery of the engagements by working closely with the respective Technical Architects and Engagement Managers.
• Operational Responsibilities:
• Heavily involved in project and resource planning, risk mitigation planning, strategy formation, and development of communication strategy
• Responsible for P&L of the accounts along with conducting M-reviews, QMRs, Budgeting, Forecasting and Invoicing.
• Responsible for process assessment audits, BCP planning and execution and representing the account in various internal/external audits
• Responsible for managing client relationships, conducting engagement reviews with Client leadership.

• Managed a team size of 85+ team members we were working on Migration of the data which would be moved to a centralized location on Cloud (AWS). A pipeline would be built using AWS services on top of this data to make it available to a consolidated UI. This UI would cater to all the teams and its users to view the historical data and make business decisions. The data would be historical and would be read only.
• Product Application would be a complete server-less application which will serve users with a User Interface to query the data. The application would be “Pay as you use” without any running cost of using the application. Once the connection is established with the data lake, the app should run a webUI powered by APIs that lets registered users to search and explore data on RDS.
